Elma Instruments, a leading Scandinavian supplier of test and measuring instruments, was handling all RMA and calibration requests manually by email, which required significant staff time to create, maintain and supervise cases in their Visma ERP. To solve this, Elma Instruments chose Dynamicweb and the Dynamicweb All‑in‑One Platform to provide an integrated, customer-facing RMA and calibration portal that needed to support calibration across three Visma accounts and let customers specify shipment methods.

Dynamicweb (with partner 1st Web) implemented a Visma‑integrated, corporate‑branded portal with login, prefilled RMA/calibration forms, dynamic email links to calibration orders, four-language support and calibration mapped to three accounts. The solution automated customer data entry, improved workflow and responsiveness (95 Google PageSpeed), reduced manual ERP data handling and daily manual hours, decreased customer correspondence, and increased the number of new service cases while improving overall order handling and user experience.
