Elkotek Sikkerhet AS - Customer Case Study

Elkotek Sikkerhet AS, a Norway-based B2B supplier of security products, needed to modernize its digital strategy and renew e‑commerce platforms in both Norway and Sweden so customers could order all goods online and employee workflows would become simpler and more flexible. To meet these ambitions they selected Dynamicweb, deploying the All‑in‑one Dynamicweb platform along with a Product Information Management (PIM) solution and integration with Dynamics NAV.

Dynamicweb (implemented in partnership with SOLTEQ) delivered separate e‑commerce sites for Norway and Sweden, a centralized PIM to organize and maintain product data, and NAV integration to streamline order and inventory workflows. The new setup enabled a rapid launch of the revamped online stores, improved product data management and internal processes, and left Elkotek Sikkerhet AS highly satisfied with the collaboration and ongoing development using Dynamicweb.
