Euronics, one of Europe’s largest electronics retailers, needed a clear, brand-consistent online shop that could present a large assortment, support local stores, and enable personalization and product recommendations. To solve this, Euronics partnered with Dynamicweb and implemented the Dynamicweb Ecommerce solution integrated with their existing systems (including Dynamics AX).
Dynamicweb delivered a responsive, brand-aligned webshop with Apache Solr search, Raptor-driven product recommendations, instore tablet access, and HubSpot marketing/lead tracking. The Dynamicweb solution improved search relevance and product discovery, extended the full assortment into physical stores for local targeting, and enabled marketing automation and lead identification—making the webshop a cohesive, measurable extension of Euronics’ retail and marketing operations.
