El Salg is one of Denmark’s largest electronics resellers with more than 170 brick-and-mortar stores and a strong service concept. To deliver a consistent omnichannel experience and make the full assortment and services available across channels, El Salg partnered with Dynamicweb to implement an integrated commerce platform.

Dynamicweb provided an All In One Business platform integrated with the Axapta ERP, enabling store-linked customer profiles, a responsive webshop accessible on instore tablets and customer devices, Solr-powered search and product filtering. The Dynamicweb solution—together with HubSpot and Raptor integrations—put the webshop into every El Salg store, enabled local offers and newsletters, three levels of personalized recommendations, product widgets, tracking and automated abandoned‑cart emails, completing El Salg’s omnichannel strategy and making the online assortment actively usable across its nationwide store network.
