Edmac, a Netherlands-based distributor of nearly 100,000 compressor spare parts, needed a faster sales channel and better Google visibility so companies, SMEs and freelancers could find and order parts more quickly. To meet this challenge the vendor Dynamicweb provided a B2B eCommerce solution integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Dynamicweb’s implementation linked Edmac’s catalogue, pricing and inventory to Dynamics NAV, enabled customers to find compatible parts by machine type numbers, and delivered an SEO-optimized webshop that makes products easier to find and order. As a result, Edmac now shows customer-specific prices, receives orders directly into the back office, keeps product and stock data up to date across platforms, and has significantly improved online discoverability and ordering speed.
