Bagges, a Norwegian family business founded in 1894 that operates as both manufacturer and distributor with many products and variants, faced difficulties maintaining consistent, high-quality product information across channels — including safety data sheets, technical drawings and numerous product properties managed by different departments. To address this, Bagges engaged Novicell and selected Dynamicweb’s PIM solution.

Dynamicweb implemented Dynamicweb PIM with live integration to Bagges’ Visma ERP so core data (product names, dimensions, stock status, order numbers, etc.) is maintained in one place and always up to date. The PIM enables mass editing, centralized uploads of datasheets and drawings, and better tracking of missing information, giving Bagges a single source for external sales teams, improved operational efficiency and reduced customer misinformation.
