Danske Advokater, a Danish trade association representing more than 70% of attorneys and paralegals in law firms, needed a modern self-service training booking and management solution for both B2C and B2B users. Members required clear insight into completed compulsory courses, an easy way to order the correct courses to maintain licenses, stronger dialogue marketing, and a deeper, less manual integration with Microsoft Dynamics AX. Dynamicweb was engaged to provide the webshop and marketing platform.
Dynamicweb delivered a standard Dynamicweb webshop integrated with Dynamics AX, featuring multi‑facet course filters (topics, geography, types, job types, date), personalized automated email marketing with user segmentation, and AX integration so users see user‑specific prices, course lessons and points while maintenance is handled centrally. Results include a login‑based order flow, the ability to view finalized courses over the past three years, automated alerts about missing courses to maintain licenses, high self‑service for preference and profile updates, and easier course discovery through a digital funnel—reducing manual data handling and improving marketing automation and user experience for Danske Advokater members.
