Cinas is a group of three Danish B2B distribution companies (Cinas, Holse og Wibroe and Andemors Verden) that needed modernized websites and a digital tool to integrate webshop sales with their shared Dynamics NAV ERP. Until the project, sales were handled sporadically by email and manual processes dominated order entry and pricing, so the group engaged Dynamicweb to provide an integrated ecommerce/CMS solution tied into Dynamics NAV.

Dynamicweb implemented an end-to-end integration that automates order handling from the websites into Dynamics NAV, adds distributor portals with user logins and customer-specific pricing, and centralizes product management with custom backend permissions. The solution also supports in-platform translations, SEO workflows and GDPR cookie/consent management. As a result Dynamicweb’s implementation eliminated manual email orders, drastically reduced errors, freed employee time, and streamlined order processing across the three companies.
