RTC is a Romanian market-leading distributor of office supplies that needed to replace its old custom B2B order portal and tightly integrate it with its new Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP. To solve this, RTC selected Dynamicweb (Dynamicweb All‑In‑One) to rebuild the B2B portal and enable a unified, AX‑connected commerce platform.

Dynamicweb implemented a merged corporate site and B2B portal with live pricing and stock from Dynamics AX, a configurable multi‑step approval workflow (using Dynamicweb Users and User Groups), and OCI/cXML endpoints for PunchOut integrations so all customers can place orders in one system. Since launch, Dynamicweb’s solution helped RTC grow registered companies by +150%, total orders by +130% and average daily orders by +120%, supporting over 2,500 companies and 9,000+ active users.
