aida, a Danish design house for stoneware, porcelain, glassware, cutlery and kitchenware, needed a B2B webshop and self-service platform to simplify ordering for distributors and support its sales team. Working with Dynamicweb, aida aimed to give retailers access to product reordering, saved favorites lists, order history, and personalized pricing through a close integration with Dynamics AX.

Dynamicweb implemented a B2B eCommerce solution built on DynamicWeb eCommerce with standard integration to Dynamics AX, optimized for both web and iPad use so sales reps could log in and assist retailers directly. The result was reduced administration for dealer sales and a mobile tool for field salespeople to support retailers more efficiently across the country.
