GASA GROUP, a large international trading company and one of Europe’s leading floricultural producers with 400 employees, faced small margins and fierce competition across European markets. To remain competitive it needed a more efficient, targeted structure and an international B2B webshop to ensure the right assortment, timing, pricing and delivery — and selected Dynamicweb to deliver the solution.
Working with partner Smartpage, Dynamicweb implemented a Dynamics NAV‑integrated B2B webshop in six languages, connecting more than 1,500 dealerships across 17 countries and 10 currencies, with live prices and discounts on 15,000 items and 60,000 price lists. The Dynamicweb platform added self‑service ordering, reordering and billing plus advanced filter-based product views, customer-specific assortments and personalized promotions, strengthening GASA GROUP’s European position and producing a sharp increase in sales and more efficient up‑selling.
