H-Vinduet Fjerdingstad AS, a Norwegian windows and doors manufacturer founded in 1949 selling across Scandinavia, faced rising B2B demands from professional distributors and retailers for a modern webshop portal that could showcase configurable products, manage colours and designs, administer prices, campaigns, quotas, availability and orders — a holistic solution to support future growth. They engaged Dynamicweb to deliver a B2B e‑commerce solution with product configuration and backend integrations.

Dynamicweb implemented specially designed webpages and a B2B extranet, a visual product configurator integrated with Optiwin, full integration with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and two‑way CMS/digital marketing links to Microsoft CRM Online (delivered with partner Peritus). The portal (launched September 2018) provides automated ordering, 24‑hour self‑service for orders and quotes, custom product configuration and unique pricing/discounts, empowering distributors with a faster, more efficient ordering flow and stronger online selling capabilities.
