The customer, AVN, a B2B distributor of technical solutions and products, faced a challenge with its outdated and fragmented web presence. Their previous solution, consisting of multiple disconnected websites and shops, provided a poor user experience and was difficult to navigate. AVN partnered with vendor DynamicWeb to create a new, coherent eCommerce solution to unite its online presence.
DynamicWeb implemented a standard solution, which included one group site and three company sites integrated with shops and Microsoft Business Central. By adhering strictly to the standard platform, they minimized custom development, saving time and reducing risk. The result is a modern, flexible platform that allows AVN's sales team to process orders directly via iPad during customer meetings, eliminating previous manual and time-consuming order entry processes.
