ActionSportGames (ASG) is a Denmark-based manufacturer and distributor of soft guns sold worldwide through dealers and distributors. ASG wanted to grow beyond the roughly 30% of orders they were then receiving via B2B ecommerce by improving customer service and automating ordering — selecting the Dynamicweb B2B ecommerce portal (implemented as a Dynamicweb-based "Tapas" solution by partner 1stWeb) to modernize their online channel.
