Target United, a leading Norwegian importer and distributor of audio/video and household electrical products, struggled to manage a vast catalog of products and variants while serving both B2C and B2B channels and needed newsletter capabilities to keep customers and retailers informed. To address this, they chose Dynamicweb (delivered by partner Mennt) using Dynamicweb’s all‑in‑one e-commerce platform with PIM and marketing modules.

Mennt implemented a new store on Dynamicweb with live integration to Dynamics NAV, improved filters and variant handling, a built‑in PIM, and a digital marketing module for segmented newsletters. As a result, Target United now reports always‑accurate prices and stock on the site, full control and overview of product data and variants, and increased customer engagement and satisfaction from many targeted newsletters sent via Dynamicweb.
