Chippewas of Rama First Nation needed to replace a manual Excel-based budgeting and reporting process and give leaders better visibility into the financial health of the community. The finance team reported significant time savings, including a 66% reduction in inputting cost in the first budget iteration, while monthly statement distribution was eliminated and managers took greater ownership of their budgets.
