DR. PowerSports, a multibrand powersports dealership in Waterloo, IA, struggled with a time-consuming inventory-posting process that required typing the same unit details into both a dealer management system and a separate website system. After converting their marketing, sales and accounting systems to DX1’s complete management platform, the dealership addressed the duplicate-entry bottleneck that previously meant roughly 10 minutes per unit and left new in-stock units off the website.

By moving to DX1’s single-database platform, DR. PowerSports now enters unit data in one window and automatically publishes it across accounting, sales and online channels, cutting posting time to about two minutes per unit. As a result, DR. PowerSports is now showing 206 new and 41 used in-stock units on its DX1-powered website (plus Facebook and Craigslist), saving at least 1,976 minutes—nearly 33 hours—compared with their old system.
