Facing a complex payments flow that had to be easy for buyers and escrow holders, Earnnest chose Dwolla — using Dwolla’s API, Payment Flow (Facilitate), Dashboard, Dedicated Customer Support and IAV — for its clear pricing and developer-friendly integration.

Dwolla’s API and IAV were implemented so buyers can send ACH-style transfers without manually entering account and routing numbers, removing human error and the liability of lost checks. The integration, supported by Dwolla’s documentation and responsive team, saves Earnnest customers about 30–60 minutes of drive time per deal, enables fully digital closings that attract larger clients, and has allowed Earnnest to scale product development and expand customer offerings.
