5x Faster Payments, 5% Fewer Fees—How a Golf Course Management System Uses ACH To Lower Its Customers’ Score

ForeUP is an all‑in‑one golf course management system used by more than 900 courses that needed to simplify billing and reduce high credit card and processing fees while speeding up ACH onboarding and settlement. To solve those challenges they partnered with Dwolla and integrated Dwolla’s ACH payment API and platform features (including Dwolla IAV/Instant Account Verification, On‑Demand Transfers and Next Day ACH) to offer a white‑labeled “foreUP ACH” payment option to end customers.

Using Dwolla’s technology and Sandbox for rapid integration, ForeUP cut onboarding from weeks to minutes (one course set up in three minutes), enabled next‑day settlement instead of 7–10 business days, and helped courses reduce processing costs (more than 5% fewer fees overall, with some clubs saving about 6% of every dollar previously paid to processors). The Dwolla partnership has increased speed and revenue opportunities for ForeUP’s customers while providing responsive support and predictable pricing.
