SAE International creates award-winning learning games with d'Vinci Interactive, earning 2025 finalist recognition

SAE International partnered with d'Vinci Interactive to create an engaging online curriculum to teach safe driving concepts. Their challenge was to develop an educational simulation that would effectively instruct students on the complexities of autonomous vehicle operation within their Computerized Driver Challenge program.

d'Vinci developed the online game "Autonomous Expedition," a simulation where students guide a Motorized Autonomous Response Vehicle (MARV) through a cityscape to learn predictive driving skills. The project was a success, earning d'Vinci a Tech & Learning Award of Excellence for Secondary Education and a nomination as an Ed Tech Cool Tool Finalist for Games for Learning/Simulation Solution.
