Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. delivers 10-minute workplace violence training with d'Vinci Interactive

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. partnered with d'Vinci Interactive to create comprehensive workplace safety and compliance training. The challenge was to develop effective functional training for their Dedicated Contract Carriage and Distribution Center Management Operations Supervisors, as well as provide essential knowledge on conflict and threat mitigation for warehouse workers and truck drivers across multiple divisions.

d'Vinci implemented a solution featuring a suite of custom eLearning modules built with Articulate Rise and Vyond animation, including a scenario-based interactive experience called "Walk the Warehouse." They also produced authentic live-action training videos, such as "Working Together to Stop Workplace Violence," which featured dramatizations of safety issues and a direct address from Penske's VP of Safety. This approach allowed learners to practice handling real-world situations, providing them with the knowledge and skills to identify, prevent, and properly report safety threats.
