The Department of Finance, an Irish government department, worked with DV4 to produce a series of hybrid and virtual events for the Commission on Taxation and Welfare. This challenging project involved coordinating expert speakers from around the world and required live captioning and sign language for accessibility.
DV4 implemented a comprehensive solution that included extensive technical testing of all remote speakers in advance to improve audio and video quality and mitigate potential risks. The live streams and recordings ran without any issues and were very well received by both journalists and the public, ensuring the events were seamless and highly engaging.
