Airedale Chemicals needed a more reliable way to produce compliant safety data sheets and matching labels for its chemicals. Working with Dura-ID Solutions, they looked for a basic system that could generate detailed SDS output and labels that met all required information needs, while also supporting branding and marketing details.

Dura-ID Solutions supplied the NeuraLabel 500e, which let Airedale Chemicals print large-format labels that combined multiple items into one label instead of applying several separate ones. This significantly reduced labour and cut labelling time by around a quarter, while also removing the need to buy transport diamonds separately. Although the labels cost more per unit, Airedale said the overall labour savings made the new solution better value.
