The company required trusted access across global VPNs and cloud apps while addressing unmanaged endpoints and diverse user device configurations.

Interactive Intelligence deployed Duo in waves of 50–75 users per day, enrolling over 1,200 users with minimal support issues and strong adoption of the self-service portal and Knowledge Base. They upgraded to Duo Access to inspect unmanaged devices (OS, encryption, browser status) and now protect critical services like Office 365 and Cisco AnyConnect VPN, enabling ongoing replacement of token-based systems and improving secure access across the organization.
