Eastridge Workforce Solutions, a national workforce management and staffing provider serving over 1,300 customers, faced productivity and security challenges as it migrated applications to the cloud. Although Eastridge already used Duo for on‑premises MFA, cloud apps forced users to log in to each service separately, slowing workflows, and IT lacked visibility into personal devices accessing sensitive files (notably Egnyte), creating data‑loss and access‑risk concerns.

Eastridge deployed Duo’s Secure SSO combined with MFA, enabling one‑click access to cloud apps and a consistent user experience (deployment was completed in a day). Duo’s device checks let IT block personal devices from Egnyte while allowing corporate devices remote access, improving productivity, consolidating MFA/SSO/endpoint and mobile visibility projects, cutting costs and reducing overall security risk.
