Corporation Service Company (CSC) provides business, legal and financial services worldwide, handling sensitive client data, managing millions of domain names and offering online security assets. Facing an industry-wide rise in phishing and cloud adoption, CSC needed to expand two-factor authentication but found its incumbent RSA token solution inconvenient for users and unsuitable for a customer-focused organization.

CSC replaced physical tokens with Duo’s two-factor authentication, integrating it with VPNs, OWA, Salesforce, Ping DesktopOne, LastPass and Active Directory. The rollout was simple—2,000 users across five countries and 41 offices in 2014—with short user training, strong vendor support and improved usability; employees readily adopted Duo (even returning tokens), delivering stronger security and a better user experience.
