Branch implemented Duo Trusted Access — multi-factor authentication with seamless integration (including YubiKey support), a simple self-enrollment flow, and an intuitive admin dashboard. The two-week rollout for 100+ users gave admins visibility into login activity, blocked worldwide brute-force attempts, and enabled phishing simulations and user training via Duo Insight, leaving IT more empowered and Branch’s platform better protected.
