TrinityBridge deploys two Imago systems with Dunstan Thomas to support SIPP administration

The customer, TrinityBridge, a financial services firm formerly known as Close Brothers Asset Management, required enhanced software to support its Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) book. They partnered with vendor Dunstan Thomas to implement the Imago Illustrations and Imago Administration products to meet their needs for both front-office illustrations and back-office administration.

Dunstan Thomas deployed its Imago Illustrations software, which was integrated into TrinityBridge's existing Iress Pulse front-office system to provide automated fund feeds and fee information. The vendor's Imago Administration solution was also implemented to handle new business, valuations, and transactions. This deployment provided TrinityBridge with greater administrative efficiency and improved functionality, which enhanced the experience for both their clients and advisers.
