The challenge was to create a fully digital and secure 'Quote and Apply' service and provide the necessary back-office administration to offer this complex product on investment platforms.

Dunstan Thomas implemented its Integro CX portal for the online application, Imago Illustrations for compliant quotes, and Imago Administration for back-office processing. This solution enabled Spire Platform Solutions to successfully launch the SLI product on multiple platforms. As a result of this successful partnership, Dunstan Thomas secured a 10-year contract to continue providing these services, with expectations for business volumes to rise significantly as more providers adopt the offering.
