Dunstan Thomas implemented Adaptive Portal to create Multrees Compass, consolidating all six services into one secure portal with Microsoft Active Directory SSO, enhanced permission controls and regulator‑ready reporting. Delivered in under four months, Compass drove rapid client adoption, enabled self‑service that cut overheads and operational risk, and unlocked a library of app templates (some 20 apps already deployed) so Multrees can build branded customer portals in days rather than weeks—improving client engagement, easing paperwork and supporting scalable growth.
