IFGL Pensions, a SIPP and SSAS administrator based in the UK, faced the challenge of migrating its book of business from its existing software supplier. Following a rigorous selection process, the company chose vendor Dunstan Thomas to provide its Imago Administration and Imago Illustrations services to address this need.

Dunstan Thomas successfully executed a full migration of IFGL Pensions' policies onto the Imago Administration platform. This complex process, completed in phases by July 2025, involved translating data between platforms and moving 4,000 policies, including those with crystallised members and syndicated property. As a result, IFGL Pensions strengthened its administration capabilities and positioned itself for future growth, with the relationship expanding in 2026 to include portal support and an expanded pension offering.
