Spire Platform Solutions, working with Novia Financial plc and Just Group plc, needed to digitise and simplify a new retirement product — Secure Lifetime Income (SLI) — including an online annuity application, fully compliant illustrations, back-end administration and strong security for sensitive medical data. Dunstan Thomas provided the portal and illustrations technology plus user-experience expertise, deploying Integro CX along with Imago Administration and Imago Illustrations to meet those needs.

Dunstan Thomas implemented Integro CX as the secure SLI portal and online questionnaire, used Imago Administration for back-end fund administration and Imago Illustrations for compliant electronic illustrations, and completed integration into Novia’s platform along with penetration testing. The result: Novia launched the UK’s first SLI to the IFA market and Spire PS was ready to process at launch — delivering faster time-to-market, digitised compliant workflows and robust security, and enabling Spire PS to offer the SLI to other providers and platforms.
