Dunstan Thomas provides online adviser portal technology for Curtis Banks’ new ‘Your Future SIPP’ pension

Curtis Banks launched the new “Your Future SIPP” to consolidate its pension capabilities into a single product offering with open market investment access, flexible pricing and automated adviser charging, and needed a secure, adviser-facing digital portal to deliver seamless, paperless customer journeys. Dunstan Thomas was engaged to provide the portal technology, using its Integro CX platform and Imago Illustrations to support adviser onboarding and applications.

Dunstan Thomas implemented Integro CX and Imago to deliver adviser registration, electronic application forms with e-signatures, straight-through processing, secure messaging, personalised dashboards and plan summaries with up-to-date valuations, plus a managed user migration from legacy Suffolk Life systems. The result was paperless onboarding, automated adviser charging and a faster time-to-market for Curtis Banks’ adviser-led SIPP proposition, enabled by Dunstan Thomas’ portal, security and workflow capabilities.
