Dunstan Thomas implemented automations to auto-update commercial-property insurance expiry dates, store Energy Performance Certificates in MWeb, integrate Pershing’s Nexus to eliminate manual rekeying and relay trade instructions, apply HMRC residency files automatically, calculate fund-split values, and enable reconciliation and document generation. These changes by Dunstan Thomas have removed manual rekeying, reduced data-input errors, improved data integrity ahead of GDPR, and freed client relationship managers to focus on higher-value client work.
