Close Brothers Asset Management engaged Dunstan Thomas to support growing demand for its SIPP offering and to improve SIPP illustrations and back‑office administration without discarding existing systems. Dunstan Thomas is deploying Imago Front Office and Imago Back Office to provide illustration capability and comprehensive SIPP administration while integrating with Close Brothers’ existing Iress Pulse front‑office platform.

Dunstan Thomas has integrated Imago Front Office into Iress Pulse and is deploying Imago Back Office to handle new business, servicing events, funding statements, incoming/outgoing transactions, valuations and scheme questionnaires, with automated fund feeds, asset splits and fee information. Integration and testing are scheduled to complete within a month ahead of an April go‑live, and Dunstan Thomas’ implementation is expected to deliver measurable improvements in administrative efficiency, functionality and the client/adviser experience.
