Teleplan needed branded public-facing sites for KPN and Telfort to record customer repairs but only provided the backend services, so they engaged Dunstan Thomas to design and code a re‑deployable, extensible portal framework. Dunstan Thomas proposed a tenantable portal approach (for KPN and Telfort) that would integrate with the e-TRAC backend and meet differing brand and audience requirements while allowing rapid, repeatable deployments.

Dunstan Thomas built the solution using a modular MEF 2 plug‑in architecture with .NET 4.6/MVC, Bootstrap for responsive design, and modules for orders, quotations, device lookup, shipping and iDeal payments. The framework delivered reusable components, tenant configuration and globalisation assets so Teleplan could roll out branded sites for KPN and Telfort reliably and on time; Teleplan reported the implementation exceeded customer expectations and praised Dunstan Thomas’s professionalism, flexibility and support.
