Ascentric Wrap and Ascentric Pension Account (APA) goes from strength to strength with Dunstan Thomas Imago Back Office

Ascentric, operator of the market-leading Ascentric Wrap and the Ascentric Pension Account (APA) SIPP, needed a pension administration solution that could be integrated with its existing investment platform, meet RDR transparency and regulatory requirements, and support rapid time-to-market and large-scale Transfers In. To meet those challenges for an aggressive Q2 2009 launch, Ascentric selected Dunstan Thomas’ Imago Back Office, using key modules such as Transfers In, Workflow, payroll and Imago Front Office Illustrations.

Dunstan Thomas implemented Imago Back Office to provide configurable pensions administration, validation-led workflow and payroll processing tightly integrated with Ascentric’s systems; Imago’s tools enabled compliant, faster onboarding and automated illustrations for RDR. The APA now takes more than two thirds of the assets moving onto the Ascentric wrap, contributing to Ascentric’s £2.89bn AUM (including £1.2bn of new business in the last year), supports payroll runs for 120+ customers, and has helped Ascentric accelerate time-to-market and maintain regulatory compliance.
