Evergreen Health is a comprehensive nonprofit healthcare provider in Western New York that began in 1983 to address the HIV/AIDS crisis and today delivers medical, behavioral and supportive services—particularly for underserved and LGBTQ patients. Despite building a data warehouse, the organization relied on manual, Excel-based reporting that consumed staff time, hampered productivity, and prevented data from being embedded into everyday decisions across departments.

Evergreen implemented Dundas BI to create a branded, self-service analytics environment with flexible data connectivity, writeback capabilities and pixel-perfect dashboards.
