Multiband Corporation, a nationwide telecom services provider and the largest DIRECTV master system operator in the MDU market, needed real-time, accessible data to measure service performance (customer satisfaction, repair calls, visits per job) because technician performance directly affected compensation. The company also faced the broader challenge of aligning 12 units and 40 locations so a diverse workforce could act as one team with one voice.

Multiband implemented Dundas dashboards as a centralized Business Intelligence Performance Center, initially for executives and then rolled out company-wide via mobile access and digital MB 360 signs. The single source of visualized data—now more than 50 dashboards across nine divisions—eliminated duplicate reports, increased adoption beyond targets, enabled faster, on-the-spot decisions, improved operational staffing predictions, and helped unite the organization around shared metrics.
