Grupo Posadas, Mexico’s largest hotel company, needed to scale pricing and distribution across nearly 300 hotels and seven brands but was hampered by unreliable data and revenue teams that had become “masters of Excel.” To move beyond spreadsheets and create a collaborative Revenue Strategy, Grupo Posadas adopted Duetto’s Open Pricing solution, GameChanger.
Duetto implemented GameChanger across Posadas’ midscale to upper‑upscale brands, replacing an on‑premise RMS with a cloud platform so revenue managers could aggregate data, automate pricing and make faster decisions. The result: Grupo Posadas outperformed the Mexican market—RevPAR grew 7.6% (2017 vs. 2016) with a 13.7% gain for Fiesta Americana—while teams gained time for strategic analysis instead of spreadsheet work.
