Great Wolf Lodge Maximizes Efficiency Amid Strategy Change

Great Wolf Lodge, a family-oriented waterpark resort leader, was spending too much time second-guessing and overriding its revenue management system because the existing RMS couldn’t ingest web shopping data or support Open Pricing. To solve this, Great Wolf Lodge partnered with Duetto and implemented Duetto’s GameChanger application and Open Pricing philosophy.

Duetto modified GameChanger to ingest web regrets and denials data and to incorporate marginal on-property spending by suite type into forecasts, enabling Great Wolf Lodge to shift its revenue strategy toward driving occupancy and total on-property spend. As a result of Duetto’s solution, the resort spent far less time managing pricing, was able to confidently fill rooms while increasing RevPAR, and accelerated testing and optimization of pricing and marketing strategies.
