Driving Record Growth with Zleep Hotels

Zleep Hotels, a Danish limited-service hotel group, needed to move away from on-property, Excel-based revenue management to a group-wide system that would improve margins as it expanded. To solve this, Zleep partnered with Duetto and adopted Duetto’s cloud-based price optimization application to gain real-time pricing insight and segment-driven rate strategies.

Duetto implemented its platform across Zleep properties, enabling centralized revenue management, open pricing and more strategic segmentation while Zleep trimmed on-property frills to reduce costs. The results were strong: for 2016 versus 2015 Zleep saw RevPAR rise 19.8% and ADR increase 14.1%, with staff shifting from manual Excel tasks to revenue strategy and measurable double-digit revenue gains at several hotels.
