Ruby Hotels, a Europe-based "lean luxury" brand, needed a scalable revenue solution to support rapid expansion and give senior management both group- and property-level analytics they could act on. The group had automated many operations and centralised revenue management at its Munich HQ, but required a partner to deliver real-time yield and optimisation across multiple openings — a role filled by Duetto with its GameChanger, ScoreBoard and BlockBuster applications.

Duetto’s suite was rolled out across the portfolio, enabling rate yielding by stay date, room type and channel, a single source of truth for reporting, and group business optimisation. As a result, Ruby Hotels saw H2 2018 vs. H2 2017 RevPAR +25%, ADR +11% and occupancy +13%; Ruby Lissi Vienna revenue rose 49% and Ruby Lilly Munich 26% year-on-year from March 2017. Duetto also helped the team flex rates by small amounts to maximise profitability while maintaining 50% direct bookings.
