Elemis, a skin wellness brand operating in a competitive market, needed to find a new strategy for customer acquisition that moved beyond traditional advertising and influencer campaigns. Powered by Duel's platform, the program generated £261k in referral revenue, gained 2,120 members, and achieved an 11x return on investment for Elemis.
