Duck Creek Technologies delivered a headless, open-platform rating solution that Chubb layered its own UI on top of, replacing manual workflows and enabling exposure-based rating across key lines. The initial release went live within 90 days, materially accelerating time to market; Chubb can now monitor exposure-based ratings to make smarter pricing and product decisions, improve policy processing, and offer a modern, responsive user experience.
