Satisfying customers’ needs for up-to-date information

Phillips 66, a global energy manufacturing and logistics company, faced the challenge of keeping customers supplied with up-to-date terminal and allocation information to avoid extended wait times, wasted trips, extra administration, and confusion over product allocations or credit. To address this, Phillips 66 deployed DTN’s DTN TABS solution at its core U.K. terminals to provide live online product allocation and real-time credit management for suppliers and customers.

DTN TABS delivers a live, traffic-light view of available product updated within minutes and lets customers request additional volume via a quick online form (Phillips 66 aims to respond within 30 minutes). The DTN solution improved communication and transport scheduling, gave Phillips 66 full visibility across multi-depot operations, enabled on-demand allocation changes through the My Phillips 66 app, and added secure, role-based views and alerting to help customers make more informed decisions.
