Burger King, a DTiQ customer for more than 3.5 years, wanted a way to mitigate theft and review video footage across about 12 units in Mayfield, Kentucky. The franchisee also needed better visibility into staff behavior, customer complaints, and store performance when not on site.

Using DTiQ’s video review tools, 360IQ dashboard, and SmartAudit™ reports, Burger King was able to identify theft, customize audit questions, and coach staff more effectively. The results included catching two employees stealing, a dramatic decrease in product theft, improved professionalism, and a major speed-of-service improvement at the front counter from about 6 minutes to 3.5 minutes; overall, DTiQ helped the operator improve habits and performance across the business.
