Allianz Group is a global financial services provider (insurance, banking, asset management) serving over 75 million customers with roughly 178,000 employees. Protecting sensitive customer data and intellectual property is critical, and despite strong perimeter defenses the company identified insider threats—from employees, agents and third parties—as a major vulnerability. Allianz Indonesia led the search for a proactive solution to enforce the Group Information Security Policy and restore confidence.

Allianz implemented Dtex to create an accurate audit trail of user activity with tools to detect, block and escalate suspicious behavior in real time. The deployment gave security teams control over high‑risk actions, prevented unauthorized access, reduced staff misuse of resources, improved overall productivity, and enabled fast, evidence‑based resolution of policy violations—stopping breaches before serious damage occurred.
