DTEX, a Workforce Cyber Intelligence provider, helped a large energy company (≈3,000 employees) after invoice-themed phishing emails bypassed perimeter defenses and reached staff inboxes. DTEX traced the malicious URLs, reconstructed a timeline of user actions (who opened, clicked, downloaded, forwarded or replied), and pinpointed affected users and potentially compromised endpoints—information that traditional scans and signature-based tools missed.
