Elizabeth Arden, the global beauty and luxury brand, needed a more reliable and centrally managed logistics setup to move delicate fragrances and beauty products across EMEA. It worked with DSV to replace a fragmented, locally managed subcontractor model with a more controlled and transparent supply chain.
DSV set up a logistics control tower in France and acted as Elizabeth Arden’s logistics department under a 4PL-style model, coordinating inbound road transport, container consolidation/deconsolidation, outbound retail deliveries, customs administration, and invoice audits. By using DSV’s network alongside third-party services, Elizabeth Arden gained a single European logistics partner, stronger oversight, and improved metrics across the transport process.
